The Wall Street Tennis Challenge is an excellent event that raises money and awareness for Ovarian Cancer Research. I have written about them in the past here. Ovarian cancer has touched far too many women I know and love. I also know too many women who have tested positive for the BRCA gene. When you’ve tested positive for this gene, ovarian and breast cancer suddenly become scary realities for these women to consider. Research is the key to helping my dear friends affected by the BRCA gene and those without the gene who are also touched by these cancers.
On Wednesday, May 14th the women on the committee of the Wall Street Tennis Challenge will be hosting a party at the Boast store in Greenwich. 20% of all proceeds from the event will go to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
