Holiday Decor

Holiday Decor on The Sent

It’s early December, and in our house that means it’s time to decorate! Kris Kringle over at our place (aka my husband) wastes no time in getting the tree up. The weekend after Thanksgiving we headed to Jones Family Farm to chop down our own Christmas tree (they really do stay alive longer when you cut them yourselves) and it was up and decorated by Sunday evening. The front hedges have been strung with lights, and the columns in front of our house are wrapped in garland. It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! Over the last few years I have started collecting decorations (Hoagland’s of Greenwich has an amazing selection) so I have sprinkled our house with Santas and fresh red and green plants. I do find holiday decorating to be a little overwhelming and I would like to add a little extra “oomph!” to ours this year, so I have gathered some incredible images to help usĀ all get inspired. Ho ho ho!
