Decorator Allison Allen and her husband Beau, tapped into their intuitive design talents when they decided to renovate and move into his grandparents’ 1951 Atlanta house. While many might have seen the asbestos and mold infested home as a tear-down, they saw its potential and knew they wanted to bring it back to its formal glory. The blue and white touches in almost every room feel fresh, while the neutrals they intersperse throughout are calming and inviting. Allen leaves no detail undone. I must say – the way she stiles the shelves of her built-ins are the best I’ve seen yet! Its not a wonder Southern Living featured the home on their website and in the magazine this month. It’s fabulous from start to finish.
