It’s been fascinating over here to revisit all of my daughters’ favorites while also adding a few new ones to almost 2 year old JT’s collection. I had completely forgotten than young toddlers like to read the same book over and over. These are our favorites that are on constant rotation. Side bar – it was not until reading it with my third child that I realized Margaret Wise Brown’s illustrator drew a small white-gray mouse on each page where you see the whole room in the book “Goodnight Moon”. JT absolutely adores finding the “mouse” and pointing it out each time it creeps onto a page. See if you can spy him next time you read this classic!
